This is a nice example of the very popular Nauticus 27 Cruiser. The owner only bought her last year but his circumstances have changed and he now lives a long way off from the marina. The boat was in the water when the present owner bought her last year from another marina and he does not know when it was last anti fouled so I'm guessing that is needs doing really.
